Terms and Conditions

Payment/Registration Policy

All prices are in USD.
Payments can be made via our website with a credit or debit card or in-person at the Myst Capitol with cash, cheque or EFT (please ensure the name of the package owner is placed in “Transaction or Remittance Information” for EFTs)
Registration is considered complete only after receipt of a deposit. Deposit amount varies based on date of registration.
Pre-Registration does NOT represent full registration.
Pre-registration payment can be switched to another section up to the time of full registration..
Pre-Registration payment will be applied to the registration amount.
Orders are placed based on registration and therefore payments are nonrefundable.
Final payments are due by July 15th. Packages are subject to resale if full payment is not fulfilled by this date.
All customers are responsible for updating their email addresses and phone numbers to receive communication regarding costume packages, including registration confirmation, and Myst Carnival updates.

Costume Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring costume order and sizes are correct at the time of registration. Myst Carnival is not responsible for incorrect orders or sizes and refunds will not be issued for this reason at the time of collection.
Costume/Size changes and upgrades can be made until April 30th. It is subject to availability after this date.

Return/Refund/Resale Policy

Costumes are custom-made therefore packages cannot be returned.
All payments are nonrefundable and nontransferrable.
Refunds will not be issued for incorrect orders or sizes. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct order is placed at the time of registration.
Package resales are allowed. Myst Carnival is not responsible for package resales. If package resale is unsuccessful before the final payment date of July 15th, the customer forfeits the costume package and any attached payments.

Collection Policy

Packages must be paid in full prior to collection.
Collection will be in-person or by delivery (additional cost)
VIP service offered for package collection at an additional cost
Only package owners and authorised collectors will be allowed to collect packages with a valid form of ID, appointment and order confirmation.
Authorized collectors must be listed on the order (via “My Orders” on registration platform) and present the above requirements along with a copy of the package owner’s ID.
A signature will be required at collection along with photographic evidence of collection and copies of IDs.
Customers will be notified of the costume collection schedule via email and social media closer to distribution..
After the last day of distribution, all uncollected costumes are subject to resale and all payments forfeited by the customer, unless prior notification of late collection is approved by Myst Carnival. The distribution schedule will be advertised via social media.
